Any attempt to host a party will result in immediate termination of the stay and possible legal consequences. Maximum occupancy: 10 guests at all times. 🔇 Quiet Hours Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep noise and music to a minimum between: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM 🗑️ Garbage Day – Monday Morning Please roll garbage bins to the curb on Sunday evening. After pickup Monday, kindly return them to the right side of the driveway. 💦 Weekly Pool Maintenance The pool is serviced weekly by professionals. They’ll access the yard through a side gate and do not need entry into the home. No need to be alarmed if they arrive during your stay. ❄️ Thermostat & AC Use To prevent damage and freezing:     •    Central thermostat: Do not set below 70°F     •    Wall-mounted AC units (kitchen & living room): Do not set below 72°F

Justyn’s home was perfect and everything he said was at the home, it was clean, all kinds of games, rooms were nice and each one had a tv. Highly recommend booking with Justyn as I will keep this air bnb in mind for the future.

Calling the property beautiful is an understatement on account it surpassed my expectations. However, what I love about the location; It felt like I was hiding in plain sight inside my own city. I spent majority of my time on the basketball court along with the pool. This home inspires me on all the things that are obtainable. Staying in this home was a 10 out of 10. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Justyn's airbnb. The whole family really enjoyed the nice, clean house, and especially the private backyard! One thing i overlooked is there is no dishwasher here. I spent a lot of time hand washing dishes, as i do all of our cooking. Certainly my mistake, as i didn't specifically look for a dishwasher in the listing before booking. Thought I'd mention it for anyone else who cooks three meals a day like me! Thank you for having us!

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Justyn’s vacation rental! The house was beautiful and clean (exactly like pictures), amenities were awesome - highly recommend purchasing the pool heating, and Justyn’s responsiveness was on point! We did not originally get pool heating, but when we got there we realized the pool was chilly. We reached out to Justyn and within no time at all we had pool heating! Also, we had an issue with a car we were borrowing from friends and the neighbors noticed our struggle and helped us right away to get it fixed! I was beyond impressed with my first time booking an Airbnb and would 100% recommend it to anyone!

The weather was gorgeous [80s-low], the home was neat, bright, organized and met all of our needs [coffee, toilet paper, soap, pots pans, friidge/freezer]. Justyn was extremely accommodating and helped me out with local recommendations for dining. There were so many things to keep the kids busy from golf, basketball, volleyball and pool to ample tvs and video game like from the arcade. Very convenient from the airport 15-17 minutes on the highway and lots of gas station, grocery and dining options. We would stay again.

We truly enjoyed this stay. There was almost not enough time to do everything that was there. TV was easy to work. Games were easily set up. Kitchen at first did not seem to have enough utensils but it turns out it’s just such a big kitchen. It just looks like there isn’t. There was plenty of pots pans and dishes. I do recommend paying the heating pool fee if going in the winter. It was definitely too cold without it. No one’s fault just an FYI.

This home filled all of our needs. There were endless different foods to try in the area. The cardinals, suns , and d-backs are all located within 20 minutes of the house. The pool was a perfect way to spend a lazy day. There’s a great new liquor store around the block that takes care of everything you need. The house itself was very modern and clean. And had many different activities to enjoy on, non travel days 10/10. Justyn’s responses were almost immediate and his main priority was to make sure our visit was as great as possible and that we had everything we needed.
