House rules

Under no circumstances will any parties be held. This matter is taken very seriously. Any attempt to host a party will result in immediate closure. Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise / music to a bare minimum between 11pm and 7am Garbage day is Monday morning.. sometimes early ! If guests could kindly roll bins to the curb infront of the house Sunday Evening, and replace them back against the wall on the right side driveway Monday after garbage truck comes by. Pool maintenance is done every week. please don't be alarmed by the pool cleaners if they happen to come during your stay, they are friendly and have their own gate access and wont need any access inside the home itself. Thermostat: Please do not set the inside thermostat on the wall below 70, there are also two wall mounted AC units, one in the kitchen and another in the living room, please do not set these below 72 to avoid freezing up the units

Me and my mom/ family enjoyed celebrating our birthdays here. The space is gorgeous and organized and to add the cherry on top, the pool was perfect! 😊 You’ll love it here!

We had a lovely stay at Justyn's airbnb. The whole family really enjoyed the nice, clean house, and especially the private backyard! One thing i overlooked is there is no dishwasher here. I spent a lot of time hand washing dishes, as i do all of our cooking. Certainly my mistake, as i didn't specifically look for a dishwasher in the listing before booking. Thought I'd mention it for anyone else who cooks three meals a day like me! Thank you for having us!
